This frame tutorial was made with PSP7 but can be created in earlier versions too ...
Earlier versions may not have the fine leather effect used in this tutorial but the
frame can be accomplished without it.

Unzip and then open in PSP

BladePro Preset / sanco knottygold
This preset will work in both BladePro and SuperBladePro

Unzip and place in your BladePro enviromentals & textures folder
This BP preset was made by my two good friends Sandy Moore and Connie

Plug-In Filter / NVR BorderMania
You can download the filter ... Here
Unzip and place in your PSP Plug-in Filter folder

~ Instructions ~

1. Set your Foreground color to desired frame color ... I used #576965
Set your Background color to White ... #FFFFFF

2. Image / Add Borders with the following settings:

3. With the Magic Wand....click on the new border

4. Effects / Plug-in Filters / Blade Pro / "sanco knottygold" preset
Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen
Selections / Invert

5. Effects / 3D Effects / Cutout with the following settings:

6. Repeat Cutout effect except this time use Vertical -2 / Horizontal -2
Selections / Select None

7. Effects / Plug-In Filters / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with the following settings:

8. Reverse Foreground & Background colors at the top
Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 10
(This border should be your dark color)
With the Magic Wand....click on the new border

9. Effects / Texture Effects / Fine Leather with the following settings:

Texture / Fine Leather Settings

10. Reverse Foreground & Background colors at the top
Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 5
(This border should be white)
With the Magic Wand....click on the new border

11. Effects / Plug-in Filters / Blade Pro / "sanco knottygold" preset
Effects / Sharpen / Sharpen
Selections / Select None

12. Plug-In Filter / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with the same settings as in Step 7:
Border Width: 5 ~ Frame Width: 5
Highlight Intensity: 110 ~ Shadow Intensity: 130
Bevel: Unchecked ~ Notch Corners: Checked

13. Reverse Foreground & Background colors at the top
Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 18
(This border should be your dark color)
With the Magic Wand....click on the new border

14. Effects / Texture Effects / Fine Leather with the same settings as in Step 9:
Color: Black ~ Angle: 190 ~ Blur: 32
Number of furrows: 51 ~ Length of furrows: 6 ~ Transparency: 250

15. Effects/ 3D Effects / Inner Bevel with the following settings:

16. Repeat the Inner Bevel effect

17. Image / Add Borders / Symmetric Checked / 5

18. Plug-In Filter / NVR BorderMania / Frame #2 with the same settings as in Step 7:
Border Width: 5 ~ Frame Width: 5
Highlight Intensity: 110 ~ Shadow Intensity: 130
Bevel: Unchecked ~ Notch Corners: Checked

Resize image and Sharpen if necessary ...
